Salsa Pork Recipe

This is a family favorite. I make it at least 2 times in a month and serve it over rice. All you need is:

-A crock pot.
-Boneless pork chops
-Large jar of salsa (or 2 smaller jars…1 medium and 1 mild)

Plop everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hrs if frozen or 6 hours if thawed. Time also depends on how thick the pork chops are.

You can also make this recipe with chicken, however I think the pork tastes much better. I also like it best when I put the pork in frozen.
