I know this is a hot topic with some people. Especially those who do not believe in shopping there. I wish I could say that I can’t shop there but in this day and age with how much things are costing, I have to buy what I can at the least expensive price possible. Maybe someday it won’t be like that, but for now, it is what it is.
It really boggles my mind, how trashed the Walmart’s in my area are. And I don’t live in a bad area either. The shelves are always a mess; there are things all over the floor; the bathrooms are never clean; their carts are disgusting. I could go on and on.
It boggles my mind because that store is ALWAYS packed with people. So they’ve got to be making money, right? Why can’t they buy new carts that actually work good? Why can’t they keep their store clean?
Though, I have to say, if you have an Aldi’s in your area…definitely go there and check out what they offer. They aren’t a one stop shop type of place like Walmart, but you will for sure cut your grocery bill by a lot!

Our 2, yes 2 new Super Walmarts are nice and clean for now. As for Aldi everytime i took my children there when they were babies weird people would touch them! “Aren’t they sweet” “Oh he is beautiful” It freaked me out enough to not go back. It happend more then once!
Yay for ALDI!!! Love the store and love the money it saves me.
All the Wal-Marts anywhere near here are pretty trashed…it’s sad.
We have an Aldi in our small town and I haven’t checked it out yet but plan too. We just moved her in November and haven’t gotten around to shopping there yet.
I despise shopping at our Walmart for the very same reason. But, they are building a brand new SuperWalmart about 1 mile from my house (oh joy). Msybe it will be nice for like a week!
I don't like shopping at Walmart, but I usually stop there once every month or two to pick up some things.
The Walmart by me is pretty new, maybe a couple years & they just finished remodeling a couple month ago to add a huge grocery store. The store is very nice, clean & HUGE! Seriously, it is like a workout to go down all the aisles & they are shaped really funny so walk in a lot of circles.
We don’t have much except for Wal-Mart. Our K-Mart is horrible and usually dirty with no cashiers. One Wal-Mart is fairly new and the remodeled the old when they built the new one. Now, they’ve remodeled the old one again. I don’t like the new colors. They’re both clean and usually have full shelves with a variety. Both stores don’t carry the same things either.
