Ingredients

Chaffle Pizza "Dough"

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Chaffle Pizza Toppings

  • 1 1/2 TBSP Rao's Pizza Sauce (2 tsp per chaffle)
  • 6 slices Pepperoni
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste

Instructions

  1. Plug in your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray if your machine requires it.

  2. Beat your egg slightly. Add the shredded cheese and seasonings and mix it up.

  3. Sprinkle a little bit of cheese on the waffle iron. If you are using the mini Dash waffle iron, place half of your chaffle "dough" mixture in the waffle iron and close the lid.

  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until your desired crispiness has been reached.

  5. Remove the chaffle and put the remaining chaffle "dough" mixture on the waffle iron and cook again.

  6. When both chaffles are cooked, place on your pizza baking dish and top with the Rao's Pizza Sauce and desired toppings. Broil on low for about 5-6 minutes. Be sure to watch this part carefully so you don't burn your Spicy Keto Chaffle Pizza.
