Gluten Free Reese's Banana Bread

Delicious recipe for a gluten free banana bread using Reese's baking cups and candy pieces!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter softened
  • 1 Cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3 Medium Ripe Bananas
  • 1 TBSP Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 bag Reese's baking cups and candy pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease your loaf pan and set aside.

  2. In your stand mixer, cream together your butter and sugar.

  3. Next add your eggs, vanilla, milk and mashed bananas. Mix well.

  4. One at a time, add your baking soda and salt, mixing in between each addition.

  5. Remove the mixing bowl and add the gluten free flour and mix by hand. Do not over mix.

  6. Place your gluten free Reese's banana bread batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.

  7. Allow the banana bread to cool on a baking rack for about 30 minutes. When fully cool, wrap in plastic wrap and then wrap in aluminum foil.

Recipe Notes

*Feel free to sub in regular flour in place of the gluten free flour.
