Ingredients

  • 5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Lemon juiced (about 3 TBSP)
  • 1 Med Onion sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Feta crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°. Spray the baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Slice your onion and place the onion on the bottom the baking dish. Put the chicken breasts on top of the onion slices.

  3. Juice your lemon and pour the juice over top of the chicken.

  4. Mix the black pepper and oregano in a bowl and sprinkle it over each of the chicken breasts. Next take your crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle that over the chicken.

  5. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes (longer if the chicken breasts are thicker). Be sure to check that the internal temperature is 165°.
