  • 2 lbs Chicken
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Asiago, Romano, Parmesan Blend shredded
  • 1 Cup Spinach chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Place your olive oil in your cast iron skillet (or a regular skillet) and allow to fully heat up. 

  2. Place your chicken in the hot skillet and cook about 6-7 minutes on each side (may be longer, depending on how thick your chicken is). Remove from the skillet.

  3. Lower the heat and add the garlic to the skillet. Heat for about 30 seconds. Next add the heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning, and the Asiago, Romano, Parmesan cheese blend. Add your chopped spinach and stir for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper, as needed.

  4. Add the chicken back into the skillet and allow it to simmer together for few minutes before serving.
