  • 1 1/2 Cups Butter softened
  • 3 Cups White Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 Cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 Large Bag Red and Green M&M's


  1. Preheat your oven to 350° and prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  2. Add your room temperature butter to your mixing bowl with the white granulated sugar. Mix well.

  3. Next add your eggs one at a time. Make sure you mix completely before adding the next egg. Now add your vanilla extract, baking powder and salt and mix well.

  4. Add your wet mixture to a large mixing bowl with your flour and mix by hand. I find it easiest to put on a pair of gloves and mix with your hands. Once your flour is mixed in thoroughly, add your M&M's and mix well.

  5. Take 2 tablespoons of cookie dough, roll in a ball and place on your baking sheet. Flatten just slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes. You do not want your cookies to brown. Bake until the center is just set.

Recipe Notes

*Feel free to cut this recipe in half. I took a gluten free recipe of mine and doubled it because cut in half, it doesn't make very many cookies. 

*If you aren't gluten free, just use your regular flour!
