Ingredients

  • 1 lb 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 TBSP Low Sodium Tamari Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Ginger
  • 1 pkg Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 5 Medium Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Spray your wok or large frying pan with cooking spray. Brown your ground turkey with the salt, pepper, onion powder, and thyme. Just before it is finished, at the fresh minced garlic.

  2. Next add your low sodium tamari sauce and sesame oil. Stir to evenly coat your ground turkey. Add the dried ginger and mix.

  3. Now add your package of coleslaw mix and shredded carrots. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Make sure to stir every so often.

  4. Serve with gluten free wraps, romaine lettuce leaves, or just eat it in a bowl!
