  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 1/4 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 TBSP Avocado Oil
  • 2 TBSP Smoked Paprika
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Choice of veggies and/or Potatoes


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°. Prepare your large baking pan with sides with aluminum foil (makes for easier cleanup).

  2. Salt and pepper both sides of each of the chicken breasts and place them on the baking sheet. Cut up whatever veggies and potatoes you would like, and place them on the baking sheet around the chicken.

  3. In a small bowl or two cup measuring cup, mix your avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and veggies. Next sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and veggies. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Be sure to check that the internal temperature of your chicken is 165°.
