Delicious, Weight Watchers friendly recipe, for Chinese orange chicken. Just 2 points per serving on the Blue Plan.
Combine your BBQ sauce, Tamari sauce, orange marmalade, and sriracha in a small pot and simmer on low. Add more or less sriracha sauce, depending on the amount of spice you would like.
Cut your boneless, skinless chicken breasts into pieces and place in the wok with the avocado oil. Cook until done.
Drain any liquid that you made have in the wok and add the sauce to the wok with the chicken. Allow to cook all together for about 5 more minutes.
*Add more or less (or none at all) Sriracha sauce, depending how how spicy you would like this dish to be.
