Ingredients

  • 5-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 1/8 Cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
  • 3 TBSP Stevia (or favorite sugar sub.)
  • 3 TBSP Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 TBSP Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 3 tsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add your chicken broth, sugar substitute, tamari, cornstarch, white wine vinegar, and ginger. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Cut your chicken breasts into chunks and place in your wok with the avocado oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix until the chicken is cooked through.

  3. Add the sauce and green onions to the cooked chicken and allow it to simmer until the sauce thickens to your liking.
