Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Radishes diced
  • 1 TBSP Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Jarred Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese of Choice

Instructions

  1. Dice your radishes. I cut mine in half and cut each half, in half again.

  2. Heat your avocado oil in your cast iron skillet. Add the minced garlic and radishes. Sprinkle your salt, pepper, and onion powder on top. Cook the radishes for 15 minutes, or until desired tenderness.

  3. Turn the heat down a little and add your shredded cheese and bacon on top. Cover and cook for about 5 more minutes to melt the cheese.
