Super easy and delicious low carb Keto chicken salad recipe.
Place your shredded chicken into your mixing bowl. I chose to use a rotisserie chicken, but you can use canned chicken, or whatever chicken you want to use!
Next add your chopped celery, mayo, lemon juice, Tajin seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add 1/8 tsp of onion powder. Mix and taste. Add another 1/8 tsp of onion powder if you desire (I did!).
Enjoy by itself, on a chaffle bun, or on a bed of lettuce!
