Place your tablespoon of avocado oil in your cast iron skillet and heat on medium heat. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Pour the Paleo Powder Almond + Pink Breadless Breading in a shallow bowl and place the beaten egg in another shallow bowl.
Dip each pork chop in the egg and then in the Paleo Powder. Make sure to coat each side evenly.
Once all six pork chops are coated with the Paleo Powder, place in your cast iron skillet and sear for two minutes on each side.
Place your cast iron skillet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Be sure to flip the pork chops half way through.
