Well a couple weeks ago I started “the diet”. My first week, I did good. I lost 6.5 lbs. After that…I fell off the wagon and the damn wagon ran me over. I would love to blame it on my husbands work schedule and the fact that he was out of town for two whole weeks. But…I can’t. I was just lazy.
So what am I going to do now? For one thing, I am going to start planning my meals again. Aside from planning my meals, I am going to start cooking some extra meals on Sunday’s or whenever I get a chance and freeze them in single portions so when Dan is out of town, I have no excuse. I will have healthy, single portion meals whenever I need them.
On a side note, I am watching The Biggest Loser right now and I totally want to bitch slap that Joelle chic. Who the hell does she think she is acting the way she does on that campus? She should be given those workouts at least 100% if not 110%. She is such a freaking slacker. If I got to stare at Bob 24/7 and quite possibly ride him on my back around the gym…you better believe I would be giving it more than my all. I hope she goes home. I mean I don’t because it would totally suck for her friend Carla, but Joelle does not deserve to be there.
