I could literally spend hours upon hours on Pinterest. Today I ran across a pretty unique peanut butter cookie recipe. Since we were stuck at our house waiting on Comcast (who didn’t show up, by the way. *Tisk Tisk), I decided to make it. I had all the ingredients and peanut butter cookies are my husbands favorite, so I decided to make them.
Peanut Butter Cookies
The original pin called for a yellow cake mix…it wasn’t until I opened the box and poured it into the bowl that I realized it was a white cake mix. However, I decided to roll with it. How different could it be???
After mixing all of the ingredients really well, I ate some! I know, I know…you shouldn’t eat raw cookie dough, but it was so good! I used a spoon to scoop some cookie dough up, rolled it into a ball, coated it in white sugar and placed it on the cookie sheet. 11 minutes late…
They turned out very good! Both kids liked them and so did my husband. I will say, they are very different than traditional peanut butter cookies. I liked that you only use four ingredients. Huge plus! I will definitely make these again. The kids would like to have some in their lunch. Check out the recipe here!

For some reason I can’t get to the recipie where it says click here. I know it’s simple…1 cake mix, 2 eggs, how much peanut butter and how much oil? What temp for oven? Looks good and I’d like to try it. Thanks!

These sound pretty yummy. You should give the Kraft peanutbutter cookie recipe a try, it only has THREE ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter, half cup of sugar and one large egg. Mix all together very well in a bowl, make small balls out of the dough and place on cookie sheet, press down with fork, bake at 325* for 10-12 minutes. They taste awesome!!!!!
