As a stay at home mom with two very active kids that keep me running constantly, I need all the help I can get in the energy department. Especially since I do not like coffee at all. Shoot, just the smell of coffee makes me sick. You should have seen me when I was pregnant with my daughter…I pretty much forbid coffee from entering our house. It was that bad! And since I am really trying to give up my Diet Coke addiction, I needed to find something else that would help me in that department.
Well guess what…I found something! I’ve been using Young Living Essential Oils for about a year now. The positive changes in our life, since using essential oils, has been amazing, to say the least. So being that I like a more natural approach, I started to see what Young Living had to offer. That’s when I found the Super B tablets.
The Young Living Super B tablets contain 8 essential B vitamins to increase energy levels and promote the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Each tablet contains:
- Thiamin (vitamin B1)
- Riboflavin (vitamin B2)
- Niacin (vitamin B3)
- Vitamin B6
- Folic Acid (vitamin B9)
- Vitamin B12
- Biotin
- Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5)
- Magnesium
- Zinc
- Selenium
I’ve been taking the Super B tablets for a few weeks now and I have to tell you, I’ve never felt better. It is definitely supporting my energy level nicely! I find that I am drinking a lot more water at home, which is a good thing. I haven’t given up pop altogether yet, but I have stopped drinking it at home. I am hopeful that drinking all this water at home will become second nature for me while I am out at a restaurant!
At any rate, supporting your cardiovascular health, while also promoting a positive outlook and healthy energy levels, is important for every one. No one likes that 3 pm sluggish feeling!

It is important to increase the energy level when you have a family to care for. This looks like a great supplement. I remember I took folic acid when I was feeling some down and it helped a lot

I like how straightforward they are with the ingredients list. Everything in the list looks legit to me. I really could use something like that today especially. 🙂

I haven’t tried this supplement but last week I was fighting a sinus infection and took a vitamin C supplement that also included B vitamins. I was amazed at home much energy the B vitamins gave me when I was sick. I am a believer.
