I haven’t really written much about my dental health issues, but man my mouths a mess. It all started when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was so sick during that pregnancy that I was not able to go to the dentist. The idea of having my mouth open like that with someones hands in them about pushed me over the edge. Shoot I puked nearly every day when I brushed my own teeth. Being that I have a HORRIBLY irrational fear of the dentist, canceling that one appointment was the start of me NOT going to the dentist for 4 years. So not a good idea. Of course you can image the cavities and other issues I am dealing with at the moment.
Typically I don’t use mouth washes. I really don’t have one particular reason why I don’t. More like excuses. Either I don’t have time (really? I mean it just takes 30 seconds); or I can’t stand the burning feeling; but regardless of the excuse, I am making time now. I have to. Like all the other issues I have going on with my health right now, I need to make ME a priority and take care of ME.
