How many of you spend, what seems like, hours upon hours in your car driving to and from school, extracurricular activities, etc?
Do you ever feel like you get in your car and it is set on auto pilot and once you arrive where you are going you are like “Whoa. I barely recall driving here”?
Well if you answered yes to either of those questions, then I have the CD for you!
I know. I know. You are probably sitting there thinking, “how in the world do you think I can exercise in my car. Isn’t that a little dangerous?” Which, you’re right. If you did some of the tracks on this CD while driving, it would be dangerous. However, the women who designed Carpool Karma designed in a way that some tracks you just listen to and follow along mentally exercising. While other tracks are meant to be done while you sit with your car in park (waiting for your son or daughter to come out of school, etc).
Now what exactly is Carpool Karma? Well, I’ll tell you! The Carpool Karma CD has 25 tracks (almost 70 minutes of exercises) that exercise both your mind and your body all from the comforts of your vehicle. I really enjoyed the mental exercises. In fact my son enjoys doing them with me on the way to preschool…though he doesn’t quite get rhyming just yet so when he is in the car, we make it more of a game that he made up than what it was intended, but that’s OK. I do it the correct way when it is just me in the car!
A little about the women behind Carpool Karma:
Nannette Wiener and Malkie Raskas are the moms who came up with the idea of combining metal and physical fitness while moms spend time in the carpool lane. Nannette is a mother of six with a psychology degree. Malkie is a mother of five and a certified trainer and weight management consultant. As you can see, these two women are definitely a dynamic duo when it comes to combining mental and physical fitness!!

Hi there! What a cool idea! I know I dread when I get to the kids school earlier than planned and cant find a thing on the radio, lol!
This sounds like fun, and Im interested in more than one, but the 2 tracks that are most interesting to me are
Rhyming Responses – My daughter and I have been playing rhyming games to get her rhyming skills up to where they need to be, so I think this would help me alot!
I also think the Upper Back strenghtening exercise would help me, I just had back surgery a year ago, and I still tend to get crampy and stiff while sitting for long periods of time!
Thanks for the chance to win this cool CD!
