I don’t know about you, but I am ALWAYS trying to lose weight. But it seems like when I decide to “diet” I am always STARVING! Which is totally my fault because I think “diet…I need to eat less”. I fail to remember the part that if I eat foods that will keep my fuller longer, then not only do I not feel so hungry all the time, but I am also losing weight!
