About a year ago, I was given the opportunity to test drive the 2013 Kia Sorento for about a week. I instantly fell in LOVE with this car. In fact, I have talked about owning one ever since. And that’s huge…I typically don’t care about cars. So when I was asked if I wanted to test drive the 2015 Kia Sorento, my answer was simple…DUH!

10 Reasons Why You Want the 2015 Kia Sorento SXL FWD
10. The 3.3L V-6 GDI engine has a lot of pick up and GO! Sometimes I forgot how much pep that car had…my kids thought they were in a racecar!
9. Kia has an amazing warranty. The warranty is as follows:
- 10 year/100,000 mile Limited Powertrain Warranty
- 5 year/60,000 mile Limited Basic Warranty
- 5 year/60,000 mile Roadside Assistance
8. The Infinity Surround Sound system makes listening to the 90’s on 9 SIRIUS XM radio a true delight! I love 90’s on 9!
7. Blind Spot Detection. This might now seem like a big thing, but it is! What happens is, if someone gets in your blind spot, your side mirror lights up! You don’t realize how great this is until you drive a car that doesn’t have it. Trust me…if you have this feature, you’l love it!
6. Panoramic Roof with Power Sun Shade. My kids went absolutely CRAZY when they saw this. Basically the entire roof of the car is a gigantic window! They especially liked it when we were driving at night. They spent the entire time looking for shooting stars! I will say, I kept the sun shade closed during the day because it got really hot with the sun!
5. Push Button Start. Need I say more?!?
4. Third row seating. I have wanted a car with third row for so long. Anyone with kids probably know what why! The second I put them back there, the car ride was the most peaceful. The trunk was much smaller, but that is A-OK!

 3. Heated second row seats. Now mind you, I just test drove this car a little over a week ago, but that didn’t matter to my kids. They were WAY too excited to have heated seats and those seats were on EVERY SINGLE TIME we were in the car! It’ the little things to kids!
2. Safety is a top concern with Kia. Some safety features with this vehicle are:
- Dual front advanced airbags
- Front seat-mounted side airbags
- Side curtain airbags (1st and 2nd row)
- Front active headrest
- Anti-lock braking system
- Traction control system
- Electronic stability control
