I cannot believe the holidays are almost here. It seems like just yesterday that it was August and I was dreaming of the day that my kids would be back in school so I could get some work done (working from home is rather difficult in the summer)! One thing I would love to do one day is travel and spend the holiday, whether it’s Thanksgiving or Christmas, alone with just my husband and two kids. I love being with family, but I think going to Hawaii over Christmas would be FABULOUS! Don’t lie…I bet you agree!
Now, if you know me well or have seen my desk, you know that I love permanent markers. If I could, I would write in all the different colors all day, everyday. In fact, if you looked at my sons assignment book, you will see that I sign my name in different colors every day! So I took my love for permanent markers and made a cute little DIY Travel Postcards that you can mail to friends and family from a fabulous destination holiday!

How to Make These Travel Postcards
Supplies:
- Cardstock
- BIC Mark-Itā¢ pen in #Amethyst
BIC Marking Permanent Marker Fashion Colors, Ultra Fine Point, Assorted Colors, 36-Count
Directions:
- Cut your cardstock to postcard size. My postcards are 4.25″ x 6″.
- Figure out what you want to say on the postcard and lightly write it on the cardstock with pencil.
- Trace over the pencil. You can totally free-hand it if you want…I’m not good at the free-hand stuff!
