Last week I received the unfortunate news that I had a tree nut allergy. It really shouldn’t have been news since I had already suspected I was allergic to cashews, but I think hearing the words “you need to stay away from ALL tree nuts” was a bit overwhelming. I immediately started Googling what exactly fit under the tree nut allergy category. I knew a few, but definitely not all. And then it got me thinking about my beloved Young Living Essential Oils. Could I still use those?

Everyone with an allergy should always be sure to check the ingredient list. For the purpose of this post, I was focusing on the Tree Nut allergy.

I am unsure about Cedar wood. I will look it up and talk with Young Living and update the post, if need be. Thanks!
