Family traditions are a huge deal to me. For instance, at Thanksgiving, we always have those party crackers things. I may be 37 years old, but I get as excited as the kids to see what’s inside mine! Every other year we have the “BIG Thanksgiving” with my husbands entire moms side of the family. It’s a large gathering and so much fun. Since there are a lot of kids running around, we try to have crafts or something for them to do. These super easy DIY Thanksgiving crafts would be perfect!

One thing I really love are place cards when you are having a dinner party or hosting a holiday. I think it is a cute addition to the table and they can also be something that your guests take home with them. These Thanksgiving place card holders are adorable DIY Thanksgiving crafts and I’d definitely want to take mine home!

Kids like making things. This next craft will keep them busy. Simply place each of the supplies in separate bowls so they can grab what they need and make this adorable walnut turkey! Piece of advice…get a plastic tablecloth to cover whatever table they will be crafting at. Kids like to use a lot of glue!

This next DIY Thanksgiving craft is one that kids (and adults…not going to lie) will love to do! Make this adorable turkey treat. Fill it with Reese’s Pieces or, if you have a peanut allergy in your family, you can get these M&M’s Fall Harvest colored M&M’s! You may want to have an adult or older child stand by to help with the glue gun.

I love this next DIY Thanksgiving craft! Who doesn’t love making something with Mason jars?!? This Mason jar turkey craft is not only cute, but it is super easy to make. Knowing the ages of kids at our thanksgiving, I would maybe prep the jars ahead of time with the spray glue and glitter. Then have the kids go to town designing their turkey!

This next craft is for the kids. You can either have them put the craft all together themselves, or you can make these table favors ahead and have them waiting at the kids place at the table. The nice thing about this craft…it uses up all that leftover Halloween candy you want to get rid of! You’re welcome!
