About Javy Coffee Concentrate
The Javy Coffee Concentrate is perfect for those that want a quick and easy cup of coffee without waiting for it to brew and having the mess of coffee grounds. Not to mention, when I was pregnant with my daughter, my husband was unable to make a cup of coffee at home because the smell of coffee made me sick. Pumpkin Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe
My husband and I were at one of my favorite stores (Marshalls) and I saw a sugar free pumpkin caramel syrup. This sugar free syrup has zero carbs and zero sugar, but LOTS of flavor! I instantly picked one up and started brainstorming how I could make my husband a pumpkin caramel iced coffee that rivals his favorite coffee shop drinks, but without all the sugar!
Pumpkin Caramel Iced Coffee
Recipe for a Keto friendly, low carb pumpkin caramel iced coffee drink you just have to try!
Ingredients
- 8 oz Water
- 2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 TBSP Heavy Whipping cream
- 1 TBSP Pumpkin Caramel Skinny Mix
- 1 1/2 tsp Powdered Swerve
- 8 Cubes Ice
Instructions

Put all of the ingredients in your favorite iced coffee mug. Stir well to dissolve the Swerve.

Add more of the heavy whipping cream, pumpkin caramel skinny mix, and Swerve, as needed.
How Low Carb is This?
Now the amount of carbs this drink has completely depends on how much heavy cream and Swerve you choose to use, but the drink I made above has five carbs. Looking at Starbucks site, their Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew has 31 carbs for the Grande size. My husband said this drink I made was just as good as Starbucks, and that he would prefer being able to control the amount of carbs he’s consuming by making it himself. For those of you that follow a low carb diet, you know how important it is to find a dupe of your favorite things! This pumpkin caramel iced coffee is that dupe!
