I went to play Bingo a few times with my mother in-law and once with a friend. I had a blast…though I had a hard time following the guy yelling out the numbers…mainly because I couldn’t focus. I was too busy looking around. Not only was I the youngest by like 30 years, but I also forgot to bring my good luck charms with me. My personal favorite was this cute little old lady who had about 12 different troll dolls all lined up in front of her. She told me that the dolls bring her good luck and they all have to be facing a different way. Wouldn’t you know, the troll dolls did bring her luck that day. She won some part of game called “balls”. I don’t know what was better…her winning the money or listening to her scream out “BALLS! I got BALLS”. It was pretty great!

Now that my husband travels a lot for work (almost every week…all week long), I don’t have the opportunity to go out with my friends or mother in-law to play Bingo. It stinks! But when I do get to go again, I know exactly what I will take as my good luck charms; my collection of camels!
