Today is Croptoberfest 2009!!! And the best part of this Croptoberfest is…besides the fact that I am here and typing to you live from the event, is the fact that it is in conjunction with the Make A Wish Foundation. If you are not familiar with Make a Wish, get yourself familiar because it is one of the best organizations around. They help grant wishes for children battling a slew of horrible illnesses. When I was at the Creative Memories Showcase, a little boy who actually went on a Make a Wish trip, spoke and I cannot even put into words how moving it was to listen to him speak about his experience and how much it meant to him to have that wish granted.
So anyway, back to Croptoberfest…we are sitting in a banquet room (with a beautiful view of the golf course and a hot guy or two riding by) scrapping our hearts out for the next 12 hours! 12 whole hours dedicated to what we do best! Preserving memories for our loved ones!
Today I am working on my digital scrapbooking using Creative Memories awesome Storybook Creator 3.0 Plus program. As I finish pages, I will upload them to this post so you can see what I am doing!
