Bella has recently gotten into crafts. In fact, her birthday is on Friday and she is getting a box full of crafting supplies! But I will admit, I’m not all that into crafts. I mean I like doing different craft type things, but if you ask me to use glue and glitter, I start to shake. Once you use glitter it NEVER leaves. Trust me. Bella had a glitter party when she was four and I swear I still find glitter now (she’s turning eight). Mess-free crafts for kids are my kind of crafts.

**I received the products listed below for the purpose of this post. All opinions and stories are 100% my own**

When I was approached to try out a few of PomTree’s  Mess-Free crafts, I thought, “why not?!?”.

About PomTree

Newly founded in 2012, PomTree focuses on easy-to-assemble make and play craft activities for kids that do not require messy glue. The company’s premiere product line includes Playtown & Playscape Creativity Kits, Sticker Tubs and Stick Storybooks. PomTree is a division of 59-year-old Darice, Inc., and has a 750,000 square foot headquarters and distribution center in Strongsville, Ohio For more information, visit their colorful website, www.PomTreeKids.com.

The first one we did was the Felt Pillow Puff™ Kit: Felt Kitty & Mouse Pillow Puff.

Mess-Free Crafts for Kids

This kit was SUPER easy and something Bella was able to do all on her own *SCORE*! Every piece of material has a backing that you peel off and simply stick together. You need to be sure where you are sticking things because once you stick it, there is no removing it! It cats aren’t your pet of choice, there is also a Felt Puppy & Bone Pillow Puff. Each kit retails for $13.

The next kit we did was the Pom Pals: Mommy & Baby Owl Kit. This was Bella’s favorite kit! In fact, it was mine too. Like the Felt Kitty kit, it was very simple because everything was peel and stick. One thing I noticed with this kit was that some of the pieces were a little difficult to peel the backing off. Mainly the eyes and the yellow feet. Other than that, it was very simple and super cute! This kit also retails for $13.

The final kit we tried out was the Pom Jewelry: Pom Jewelry Kit. This kit comes with 400+ pieces for kids to make bracelets, necklaces, keychains, or whatever it is they would like to make! Bella had a little bit of trouble with this kit. For her, it didn’t seem as simple as the other two kits. The Jewelry kit retails for $10.

My daughter would love to make the jewelery. I like that it peel and stick. I can’t handle the messiness of kid craft sessions sometimes.

Those craft kits are adorable! My daughter is really into crafts, and I love kits that make it easy (on both of us). I’ll be looking for some for Christmas gifts.

Those owls are adorable. I love crafting with my daughter, too. And I share your aversion to glitter… it is evil!

I haven’t tried any of these kits before but I totally want to! We have a monthly service that we subscribe to for a craft box because my boys love it so much. Will be watching out for them.
