Easter is one of my favorite holidays. I love coloring eggs, though I would not recommend an egg decorating kit that calls for crayon shavings. Stay away…stay far away! I also like getting together with family. I usually make my delicious ham recipe, that my daughter goes absolutely crazy for. Check out the recipe…you still have time to gather the ingredients. It’s a super easy slow cooker recipe! But most of all, I love the fact that my family is Eastern Orthodox so ours is celebrated (usually) after Easter that western churches celebrate. So you know what that means?!? 90% off Easter basket fillers!! Love it!
Out of the 10 years that I’ve been a mom, I think I only put candy in the plastic Easter eggs three times. I will admit, candy is so easy to pick up and stuff those eggs with, but below is a list of other quick and easy things you can stuff the plastic eggs with! Oh and by the way, this post may contain Amazon Affiliate Links.

I think I am quick to go for anything, but candy in the eggs because the grandparents stuff their Easter eggs full of candy! However, I do always put a few jelly bean eggs for the kids. I love jelly beans, so it’s an excuse to buy them!
