RYN Shoe GIVEAWAY!!!!!

Yesterday I posted a response to the USA Today article about the toning shoes that are out on the market. Well guess what…RYN shoes contacted me and they want to give one of YOU a free pair of RYN shoes of your choice!!!!

Before I get into details on how you can win a pair of these AMAZING shoes, let me tell you what I like about them. First of all, you may remember me posting about all my knee issues…they both have dislocated on me and basically I am buying time before I need to eventually have surgery. Secondly, since having both children AND not losing the weight I would have liked to have lost after having them, my back has hurt me ever since. When I put on my RYN shoes, all that pain goes away. My knees no longer hurt, my back doesn’t hurt; I stand up straighter and really feel like my whole body is aligned when I am up and moving. I totally do not feel that way when I am not wearing those shoes.

You may be wondering…do they really tone your legs as you wear them? I don’t know for sure, but I can tell you this much. When I take those shoes off after wearing them to the store or to walk my dog, my hamstrings feel tight and I feel as if I need to stretch. Do I think they are miracle shoes that will make me have the body I so desire? No. Not just wearing them and doing nothing else. Do I think they could help? Of course. A big thing for me being able to work out is having no pain. They give me the opportunity to be pain free so I am able to work out.
