We all know the benefits of essential fatty acids and the role it plays in development for our children. But getting our kids to each fish just one day a week, let alone a couple days a week is just hard. Especially if you have kids like mine that are sensitive to different smells…and they go crazy when my husband cooks fish (which is rare since I don’t like fish either).
