There are 6 products that have been around for as long as I can remember. They are Breyers, Dove, Hellman’s, Klondike, Suave Hair, and Vaseline. When Mad Men, airing on AMC on Sunday nights at 10pm EST premiered, so did the fictional Smith Winter Mitchell Agency vignettes.
Using a combination of witty historical parody with modern footage, the vignettes show how the fictional 1960s ad agency, SmithWinterMitchell, develops campaigns for the six Unilever brands I mentioned above.
