A couple months ago I posted that I was going to lose 100lbs. Part of my weight loss plan included the use of Fenphedra to help curb my appetite and ultimately lose more weight. However, between starting the Fenphedra and now, I’ve had some health issues…which if you regular here, you would know…that includes me being diagnosed diabetic and insulin resistant. So as a result, my doctor and I decided that taking the Fenphedra with everything else I have going on is not a good idea. I contacted my sponsor rep and we agreed to have my husband take the Fenphedra to aid in his weight loss journey and I would still blog about his progress. So here I go!

First I would like to introduce my husband to you all…I know I’ve mentioned him here and there, but I’ve never really introduced you all to him. My husbands name is Dan. We’ve been married for just under 9 years (May will be our 9th anniversary). We met at a gym where we both worked. He checked people in (and me out apparently!) while I taught swim lessons and was a lifeguard. We dated for 10 months before getting engaged. I could go on and on!
So Dan got on the scale before starting Fenphedra and he weighed 293lbs. After taking the Fenphedra religiously for 4 weeks he now weighs 277.6lbs! That is with absolutely NO change in diet, NO working out…it’s not because he didn’t want to change his diet or work out…he just did not have the opportunity to with his work schedule. This week he has decided to add another factor to his weight loss journey which includes following a lower calorie diet and running every other day on the treadmill. So we’ll see how the next few weeks go with Fenphedra, diet AND exercise!
I am really excited to be on this weight loss journey with my husband. My journey has evolved from wanting to lose the weight to look good to losing the weight to live. I truly feel that doing this together, even if we are going about it differently, we are going to succeed in not only making ourselves healthy, but teach our kids how to live a healthy lifestyle!
I hope you stick with us and check back often to see how our journey’s are going!
