Raise your hand if you soak your dishes overnight or scrub them almost clean before putting them in the dishwasher. It’s OK…you don’t have to really raise your hand! But seriously…I bet more people pretty much clean their dishes completely before placing them in the dishwasher, but why? What’s the point? I mean sure, you should probably get a lot of the gunk off, but when you bring out a scrubber to scrub the dishes before placing in the dishwasher, you’ve done too much.

Thanks to Cascade and My Blog Spark, I was given the challenge to make something like a blueberry cobbler that would totally make a mess of the dish, let it sit for 24hours (not soaking) and then just place it in the dishwasher. I didn’t make a blueberry cobbler because I am diabetic and that would have gone to waste in my house, however I did this challenge using my Foreman Grill AFTER grilling chicken that had been marinating overnight. I don’t know if you own a Foreman Grill or not but those suckers are a PAIN IN THE BUTT to clean. You truly have to scrub it before placing it in the dishwasher. So I figured it was the perfect thing to use for the challenge. Here is a picture of the Foreman Grill plates after sitting on the counter for 24hours:
As you can see from the picture, that gunk is MAJORLY caked on. But I stuck it in the dishwasher like I was supposed to and here is a picture of what came out of the dishwasher (please note that the white you see on certain areas is just what happened with the flash):
It came completely clean! I was flabbergasted! How would you like to win a trial pack of Cascade Complete to try for yourself? Read below for details!!

The crockpot is the hardest thing to clean at my house. I use it a lot, so if Cascade were to make that easier, I would be thrilled!

I let my pan sit after making Jambalaya, the rice and tomato residue is hard to get off. I would love if Cascade would make it easier.
