Bzzzz…Smuckers Uncrustables

Recently I was given the opportunity to try out a Smuckers Uncrustables sandwiches. My children absolutely devoured them and I thought they were pretty good myself! We tried the peanut butter and strawberry jelly ones, but they also come in these great flavors as well:

  • Peanut butter and grape jelly
  • Peanut butter and honey on wheat
  • Peanut butter
  • Grilled cheese

The great thing about these sandwiches, besides the fact that the crust is already cut off for you, is the fact that they are ready made and easy to just grab and go when needed. If you have school aged children who take there lunch, all you need to do is take one out of the freezer, pop it in their lunch and by the time they are ready to eat it, they have a fresh (and thawed) crustless sandwich! And they really do taste fresh! That was a concern of mine. I am not big on eating bread that has been in the freezer and then thawed, but this really did taste good (and trust me, I am a picky eater so if I like it…it must be good!).

I picked my Smuckers Uncrustables at Meijers, however I have also seen them at Costco. According to the information I received about the Smuckers Uncrustables, you are able to purchase them at any major food chain!

Enjoy! As a BzzAgent, I received a handful of 75 cent off coupons. Send me an email at domestic_goddess@mail.com and I will happily drop a coupon in the mail for you to try your favorite flavor of Smuckers Uncrustables!

If you’ve tried these sandwiches before, leave me a comment and let me know what you thought of them please! Thanks!

I’ve never tried this item before. It will be interesting to see what other people say about it.

I haven’t tried them yet, but I actually am a BzzAgent and used one of my “golden keys” to gain access to this campaign because we’ve always wanted to try them.

I am concerned about the freshness aspect too, I’m glad to hear they taste fresh.

What do you do if it is frozen and they want to eat it right away?

Also, does it get soggy at all as it thaws?

It didn’t seem soggy to me and trust me, I am a texture person so I cannot tolerate soggy.

It only takes about 30 mins to thaw. The package info said to eat it within 8-11 hours of thawing so I would usually take it out about an hour before lunch.

Making your own sandwiches is sooooo much cheaper.

Not a big fan of these.

BzzAgent is the best! Last year I got a Sonic Care electric toothbrush that retailed for over 100 bucks, for free!
Did you also get the little container to hold the Uncrustables in? My daughter just loves it!

Yea we got that container. My kids think it’s pretty cool.

How long does it take for them to accept your buzz?

Of course it’s cheaper to make your own sandwiches and I almost always do, but I keep these on hand for emergencies. Ran out of peanut butter, running out the door and forgot that picnic lunch I was supposed to make, etc. They work perfect. Throw them in the bag and they are ready to eat when you get where you’re going.
