I just had to share this! I was reading a magazine today and they had some good “mommy tips”. The one that I really liked is the one I am about to share with you all.

Remember puffy paint…the stuff that was all the rage in the late 80s and early 90s? Well get that stuff out again! Instead of making t-shirts or posters, take your kids socks and put little dots of puffy paint on the bottoms. Let it dry and you have just made your own non slip socks!

The article did not say how well they hold up with washing and drying, but who cares. One tube of puffy paint will last for a LONG time!

That is a neat idea. I have heard that before too, but never tried it. I can’t get my child to keep his socks on to save his life. LOL I was thinking it would be a good way to get them to remember which shoe goes on which foot, two dots on the back for right and one on the back for left, my son would remember that one. Oh and I still use puffy paint for stuff. On Monday I will be posting a tutorial for a craft that involves puffy paint.
