How would you like to be able to run a group at your child’s school, in your neighborhood, at work, or keep track of your family schedules AND be able to actually enjoy the group you are running or the activities you are going to? I don’t know about you, but I tend to get stressed out when I have to constantly remind people of everything, sending countless emails or making a million and one phone calls, which then just leaves me completely not wanting to have anything to do with whatever it is I am planning.

Well that’s where this awesome new site, Qlubb comes into the picture. I’ve messed around with the site for a little while now, and while I am the only person in my group, I can really see how this site can be beneficial for a whole slew of different organizations (PTA, busy family schedules, sport team schedules, etc). You have the ability to add people to your Qlubb group, delegate tasks to group members, eliminate all the back and forth emails or phone tag…and all of this is done on your very own secure site for your group.

What I liked about Qlubb:

  • The site is very easy to navigate…there are buttons for each thing you need to do (add members, add events, etc.
  • You can personalize your group site with pictures and change the text to make it suitable for your group.
  • Your main page has all the upcoming and ongoing events right in plain site so as soon as you sign on to your page, you see what you need to see.

What I didn’t like about Qlubb:

  • Not at all the fault of the site. I didn’t like that I was not able to test out the site to it’s fullest potential.

So…will I use Qlubb when the time comes that my schedule is busier with my kids or suggest it to others that I know can use it? Absolutely.
