I feel like I am Drowning

So I’ve been coughing up a lung for about a week now. After staying up ALL night long from coughing, I finally made an appointment with my doctor. I go in and they take one listen to my chest and next thing you know I am sucking on this breathing machine thing. Then the doctor comes in and listens again and sends me down to get an X-ray.

That’s right folks. I have pneumonia. Totally explains why I have been coughing up a lung all week…why I feel like I am drowning…and why I have been so darn tired all the time.

If any of you had pneumonia before…how long does it take to get over it?

Our friend had this last year and it took him 2-3 weeks just to be able to function and then a month or so to be back to normal. I have heard that sitting in the sun can really help with this but I don't know how true that is.
