How sad and tragic…he had so much life left in him. I am a huge Jackass fan, which I know surprises some. But I found that show and the movies absolutely hilarious. Sure I was like most people who thought they were all idiots for what they did to themselves, but they were rich idiots…some might even say their show is an act of pure genius. I never quite understood why anyone would want to do half the things they did, but I laughed right along…couldn’t help it. Can you imagine what an audition for their show must have looked like? “Well, you can be a part of our show, but first we need you to take this staple gun and staple your balls to your penis. If you do that, you are in”. And you know people did it!

I have to admit, when I first read the headline that Ryan Dunn, one of the stars of both the Jackass series and movies was dead I though it was a hoax. I mean how could you not? But sadly it’s not a hoax. The star who was just starting to break away from Jackass was killed early this morning in a fiery car crash. An investigation is underway to determine exactly what happened, but police have speculated that speed was a definite factor in the death of Ryan Dunn and an unidentified passenger.
It is being estimated that Ryan Dunn and his passenger were traveling at speeds around 110mph. Thank goodness they did not hit anyone else.
R.I.P. Ryan Dunn.
