This is a new meme I am participating in where each week on Thursday (yes I realize today is Friday!) I will post about my weeks “wines” and my weeks “loves”.  The goal, for me at least, is to have more loves than wines.  I’m pretty excited about this new weekly post.  I think it will help put a lot of things in perspective and show me that there is definitely a lot of good going on, even when I may not notice it…or appreciate it.  Those of you that would like to participate, you an link your Wine & Love post up at Walking with Nora!

My “Wines”:

**This week has been VERY stressful.  Just a bunch of crud going on that I can’t change or control and it is getting to me.  Which stinks because then my anxiety starts creeping up and I HATE being anxious.  I think it is probably one of the worst feelings in the world.

**I changed up my work-out a bit and did a different program on the Arc machine and for the past 2 days my hamstrings have been so tight that I can barely walk.  I try to stretch them out and then tighten right back up.  And if any of you have ever dealt with tight hamstrings, you know that it makes your lower back tighten up as well.  So not happy over here.

My “Loves”:

**It’s now August, which means we are one month away from school starting.  I know that probably seems “not nice” of me to be so happy about, but my kids are so excited to start school (Bella more so because she is going to Kindergarten) and they need that constant routine of school again.  (And mama needs 5 mornings to herself a week!!)

**We have a wedding coming up at the end of the month and I can’t WAIT to have a weekend alone with my hubby!  The kids will be with their grandparents and taken care of so I can’t wait to just be Leah for the weekend and not have to worry about anyone but me!

**Yesterday I got to spend a couple hours with two good friends and a newborn!  Nothing like holding a newborn to help smother the stress and anxiety!

I hope you join me next week and post about your “Wines & Loves”!  And remember, you can link up at Walking with Nora!

I know how you feel: I think this has been the week for stress. UGH!

I’m so happy school is getting ready to start here next week, August 10, except my daughter is in high school.

    Have a great weekend.
