I am forever on the look out for nutritious snacks…but not only nutritious, but also one low enough in carbs, that it doesn’t raise my blood sugar too much.  One snack that meets both of those criteria is the new line of Activia Selects yogurt.  Now I’ll be honest…before this post, I was not brand loyal to yogurt.  Yogurt is yogurt to me.  But the second I put the new Activia Selects French – Fruit Bites on the Bottom, I knew I was never eating a different kind of yogurt again.  Words can’t even describe how good this yogurt is.  Plus it’s the perfect amount of carbs for breakfast (huge plus for me)!!!

So what’s so great about Activia?  Well besides the taste, Activia Selects contain the probiotic culture Bifidus Regularis that helps to naturally regulate your digestive system when consumed daily for two weeks as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

“I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Dannon ActiviaSelects Yogurt Series and received a coupon to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate. However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.”
