Normally, by this time, I have every ounce of my Christmas shopping completed. Gifts for everyone on my list are purchased, right down to the stocking stuffers for the kids. This year…not so much. This is the first year that I did not go out on Black Friday…I guess not having any money will do that to ya!
This year my husband and I spent a few tense nights shopping online to get our kids gifts. Him with one laptop, me with another IMing each other back and forth different ideas for the kids. After arguing it out (kind of our way of doing things…don’t judge, it works for us!), we came up with some things we think our children will like. If you are like us, check out this JcPenney “Shoppers in a Panic” gift guide:
JCPenney Don’t Panic Last Minute Shopping Guide
One of the things I hate doing is waiting until the last minute for things. If you talk to my husband, he would tell you that I drive him completely insane with how I like to plan things out and make sure we are early for everything whether it’s early for school, early with purchasing presents for various events…it doesn’t matter what it is…I’m always early. Until now. Working full time is kicking my butt in the organizational, always be early for things, department.
BUT…that’s where the wonderful gift guide above comes in! I definitely saw some amazing things on there! Both of my kids would love the Friendly Frog Pillow Pet!
I don’t know about your kids, but mine LOVE Pillow Pets! It doesn’t matter if they already have one, they are constantly asking for another! My son actually told us he wanted a frog pillow pet…our daughter “has to have” the Dora the Explorer Pillow Pet she saw on T.V.
Guess what I want?!? Not the diamond earrings…I mean those would be nice…but what I want is much more practical. I want the Isotonerr Smart Touch Tech Gloves! There is nothing more frustrating than to hear my phone ring, reach into my purse and not be able to answer it because I’m wearing gloves and my phone is a touch screen.
One tip, if you must wait until the last minute to Christmas shop…do it on Christmas Eve. A lot of stores have crazy clearance sections on Christmas Eve!
Happy Holidays!!!
