Each bar has either a peanut butter bottom or a chocolate bottom (yum!) and at only 100 or 110 calories per bar, you can’t beat this yummy snack!  Not only are they absolutely delicious, but each bar contains 20% of the Daily Value of fiber and 10% of the Daily Value of calcium and only 7 or 8 grams of sugar!!  When I am purchasing boxed items like this, I look to make sure they do not contain high fructose corn syrup…and the Fiber One Chewy bars do not contain any!!
