I’m not going to lie…one of my most favorite things about Easter are Cadbury Creme Eggs. Â I remember getting SUPER excited every time I saw them in the store! Â But what got me really excited was when I saw Halloween Cadbury Creme Eggs! Â I tried making my own once…that did not turn out well! Â So I just buy a bunch of them when they’re in the stores to help me celebrate Easter!
Celebrate Easter
Now that I have kids, not only do I get excited about the Cadbury Creme Eggs, but I have fun coloring eggs with the kids and watching them search for eggs on Easter morning. Â This year we are hosting at my house with my parents and my brother, his wife and son. Â I’ve tossed around may meal ideas, but I’ve decided to go simple this year and make meat loaf and my amazing lemon bars for dessert. Â I know it’s not your traditional dinner, but it’s going to be good!! Â And the fun part is…we get to do this all over again in May because my husband and I and his side of the family are Eastern Orthodox!

Isn’t that a beautiful basket of chocolate?!? Â I was so excited when it came in the mail. Â I had just looked at my daughter and said, “I should have gotten chocolate when we were at the store” and the doorbell rang. Â When she saw what was in the box she started yelling out things she wanted and then run to the window to see if there were any other packages on the porch! Silly girl!
Hershey’s sent me this basket. Â If you are still looking for things to fill an Easter basket with, check out the Celebrate with Hershey’s website. Â They have a lot of unique items to truly make that special someone in your life an Easter basket they will love! Â I think my personal favorite would be the personalized peanut butter eggs!! Â While you’re at the site, check out the Virtual Bunny Trail and read about all the different Easter Traditions. Â You may just find something to add to what you already do!
