Did you that Dollar General sells clothes? I did not! I used to have a Dollar General right by my apartment when I was in college and I went there ALL THE TIME! My favorite thing to get there (besides candy to keep me awake in class) was cleaning supplies…yes I realize that may sound lame, but it was so much cheaper there than at the grocery store. As someone that likes to save as much money as possible, Dollar General selling clothes totally fits into my money saving needs!

After looking through the Dollar General Apparel Book, I found some really cute things! My personal favorite clothes are the sports bras and shorts! Not only are sports bras super comfortable to wear to class, but they are cheap! I don’t know about you, but I literally hate spending a lot of money on bras. It actually drives me crazy!
I’m one of those moms that likes to wear “yoga” pants, sports bras and t-shirts all day. I can’t help it. I like to be comfortable. I love that Dollar General sells all of that for a fraction of the price that others stores do. I especially like the fashion accessories that they offer! Whether you’re looking for bracelets, flip flops or hair accessories, Dollar General has it and you will pay A LOT less!
Eastern Orthodox Easter is coming up (May 5th) and I know that my kids will be getting a few things from Dollar General. I tend to put useful things in their Easter baskets, as opposed to toys. So this year I will be throwing a pair of flip flops for each kid; hair accessories fo Bella; and a hat for Zachary. And all of that can be found at Dollar General!
