The one thing I miss about my kids being toddlers, is buying all the cutesy toys for them. Especially Fisher Price toys. Now that they are older, all they want are video games, electronics and gift cards, which I’m sorry, but gift cards for my kids equals torture for me! They will spend hours walking back and forth in the store trying to figure out what to get. Drives me insane!!
Fisher-Price is a well known brand and one that a mom can trust. The thing I hate most when I buy things for my kids is to buy something that ends up being a cheap, piece of junk. There are so many toys that my kids have gotten over the years that have literally fallen apart almost immediately. Disappointing for the kid and frustrating for the parents. But that’s not the case with Fisher-Price. I know that when I purchase this brand, I am buying a quality toy that is meant to be played with.
Fisher-Price Tippin’ Treats Game
This is an adorable game for kids ages 2 and up that get kids up and moving around. There are three game levels:
- Bone Toss Game: Toss the bones into Lil’ Snoopy’s bowl before he tips over!
- Color Chase Game: Can you get your colored bones into Lil’ Snoopy’s bowl first?
- Number Chase Game: 1-2-3! Can you get your bones into Lil’ Snoopy’s bowl in the right order?
Another great feature of this toy…a bowl with a snap on lid to store the bones! That was definitely thought up by a mom! It also comes with a Parent Guide with extended play and learning ideas.
Fisher-Price See ‘n Say Talking Game
One of my favorite toys when I was a kid was my See ‘n Say. I had a couple types. One had to do with farm animals and the other had to do with zoo animals. This is one of those toys that has definitely withstood the test of time! But being the great company that Fisher-Price is, they have complete revamped the See ‘n Say into a talking game that also teaches you!
About the Game
There are 3 game levels:
- 10 Card Match: Place the cards face up. Find the animal card that matches the name or sound you hear!
- 10 Card Memory Match: Place the cards face down. Remember where the animal card is that matches the name or sound you hear!
- 20 Card Memory Match: Place the cards face down. Find an animal card or animal scene card that matches the name or sound you hear!
Being a mom, the one thing I can’t stand about games is all the pieces and having to keep them together. Fisher-Price knows this and the See ‘n Say Talking Game comes with storage for all 20 cards! They’ve definitely thought this through!
