I was looking at pictures the other day and the one thing I noticed in every single one is that my face is ALWAYS red. And if I start drinking alcohol, I could stop traffic with how red my cheeks are. Drives me crazy. Sure I can cover it up with a lot of makeup, but the red always manages to peek through. Plus, who likes to walk around with a lot of makeup caked on their face??? Keep on reading for a terrific Rosacea treatment!

Here’s a picture showing how red my face is sometimes…and no I hadn’t had a single drop of alcohol…

I once knew someone with rosacea. She couldn’t drink alcohol either, or otherwise it would cause a major flare-up! I recently broke up with some make-up for different reasons – adult acne – UGH!

I worry about the redness most always. I have lived with rosacea for many years. There are the obvious triggers like alcohol and allergens, but sometimes it seems to flare up for no reason at all.
