This post brought to you by Post Great Grains Cereal. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am a very loyal person.

I am extremely trustworthy.

My Eyes are great.

I fight for what I believe in.

Those are just a few things that make me great. I know it’s strange…maybe even a little conceited, but wouldn’t you rather see all the positive things about someone rather than hearing them put themselves down repeatedly? I know I would.

A survey, conducted by Wakefield Research, was given to 40+ year old women asking them what questions about what makes them great. I found the results to be very interesting, but very promising on how women are seeing themselves! Here are some of the interesting stats:

  • 80% of the women surveyed said they love themselves more now than they did 10 years ago.
  • 40% of women said that they now understand that people treat you the way you allow them to.
  • One in three women believe that the most important lesson about womanhood a mother can give is “Don’t let a man dictate your decisions”.
  • 59% of women say that when they need a good laugh, they turn to their significant other.

About Great Grains

Wouldn’t this be great if all this positiveness spilled over into every aspect of our lives? The Post cereal brand knows this and that is why they now have the Post Great Grains Cereal. Not only does Great Grains have nutrition you can see, but they also have some other pretty great things about them:

  • Active cultures
  • 7g of fiber
  • 41g or more of whole grains per serving
  • It can help maximize your metabolism
  • You can purchase Great Grains and other Post products online
  • Great Grains is part of the Labels of Education program

Head on over to the Great Grains on Facebook page for more information.

So tell me, what makes YOU great?
