Yesterday my sons football team won their game and secured their spot in the playoffs!! After the game we went out to celebrate with friends and had a great time. However, my stomach didn’t really agree with the place we went. I’m here to tell you firsthand, if the name of the restaurant has the word “Rusty” in it…stay away. Far, far away. Digestive issues are the worst, especially when you are out!

I wish I had the ability to see into the future so I would have known not to eat there. I ate a cheeseburger and fries. My cheeseburger was well done. However, that didn’t matter because within minutes of standing up, I was feeling sick. I ended up throwing up four times that night.

Four times.

All because I ate a cheeseburger at a restaurant with the word “Rusty” in the name.

Thankfully I am an avid user of Young Living Essential Oils and thankfully I had just received my order earlier this week and had ordered Di-Gize!

DiGize-Young-Living

Young Living’s DiGize Essential Oil is one oil I would make sure you have on hand at all times. I don’t know about you, but when my digestive system is all out of whack, I feel like utter crap. Using DiGize, I had two options, rub directly on my stomach and/or place 5-6 drops in an empty vegetable capsule and take with water.

**Please note, not all essential oils are created equal. This particular Young Living Essential Oil is perfectly safe to take internally…store bought oils are not**

I took one capsule around 9 pm and a second capsule about two hours later. I am very thankful to have Young Living essential oils to help support my normally healthy body!

So next time your spouse says “hey do you want to go to Rusty…?” just say no! Or just make sure you have some DiGize on hand for when you get home!
