I really enjoy the holidays. I like all the different cooking and baking, though I will admit, I am one of those moms that does NOT enjoy doing cut-out cookies with my kids. I just don’t have the patience for it. However, don’t worry, my kids are not deprived of a holiday tradition…I buy the cookies at Gordon Foods already cut out in the shapes! So all I need to do is pop them in the oven to bake and then we have fun decorating them! The kids actually admitted that they prefer to do it this way too…win-win for us all!

Holidays are a hectic time for everyone not only for buying gifts, but also for coking and entertaining in the days leading up to and including the holidays. I am forever stressing out over how to cook my meal because I have multiple dishes I need to cook, but they each have different temps to cook at. This year, I think a little shopping for new appliances at Best Buy is in order!
That is my dream oven above. The fact that it is a double oven that allows you to cook at two different temperatures AND fits in the same space that a standard range fits in is huge to me!! So…hubby…if you are reading this…I want that!!

What I like about this range is the induction cooking. Not only does it allow you to boil your water quicker (which is a plus for me since my kids love to eat noodles a lot), but because it’s induction cooking, when the water boils over (because it always does, who am I kidding?!?) it won’t burn on to the stove top. Love that!
Whichever range you choose, all of this different technology will allow you to get the food the way you want it prepared and it will save you time so you can spend more time with the ones you love!
